WAITE BOOT CAMPS is now offering fitness bootcamps in Paris. Our fitness classes cater to beginners, intermediate and advanced individuals all in one class. The classes are challenging, based on the use of the Tabata protocol to quickly strip away stubborn ugly body fat . The workouts are also designed to help individuals strengthen and tone muscles allowing participants to achieve their weight reduction goals in the shortest amount of time possible.

Although our boot camp is a group fitness programme, our personal trainers will give individual instruction when needed. Dietary guidance will be given to any individual who requests it to maximize your fat loss progress in the shortest amount of time. The boot camp is physically challenging with the use of the Tabata protocol, a high intensity interval training (HIIT) method created in Japan that burns an optimum amount of fat when used with proper nutrition and motivation. Despite the high intensity, one will not be required to perform exercises beyond their abilities or fitness levels.
